Our mission is to use the game of softball to teach young women how to be successful at home, in the classroom, in the community and in life after softball.
Our extensive coaching staff consists of a wide variety of coaching skills and many years of experience. Our team consists of 5 coaches, each with their own amazing strengths to create the team we have today. JD Stinson, Ken Kenobbie, Mark Watson, Tony Stinson and Jack Yarak. All of our coaches have many years of coaching experience and a great knowledge of the game of softball.
JD has been coaching with Foothill for 30 years and has helped over 150 players receive a college scholarship as our liaison since 2012. To date, JD has over 600 college contacts and 100% of our seniors have received an offer to play at the collegiate level. Over the last 18 years he has built the Foothill Gold Softball Organization from 1 team in 2012, to 10 teams in 2022 and our teams range from 10U to 18G. JD's mission is to use the game of softball to teach young women how to be successful at home, in the classroom, in the community and in life after softball.
JD Stinson and Ken Kenobbie have been coaching together for over 10 years. Currently, Kens coaching resume includes assistant coach for American River College and 9 years coaching at Casa High School. Ken offers weekly lessons at our facility K Club in Orangevale, CA including hitting and defense training. To schedule a lesson with Ken, please contact him at 916-247-2417.
